Walking Women: A gathering for ladies of all ages and abilities who would love to 'move more' with a fun and supportive group of women.
Come join us for a fun and energising walk along the beach, leaving from Chineside Cafe (Durley Dean Beach opposite Harvester) with a group of like-minded women.
This event is all about enjoying the outdoors, getting some exercise, and connecting with others.
Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, everyone is welcome!
Let's lace up our trainers and hit the promenade together.
Bring a bottle of water (500ml recommended), with an optional 'stay for a coffee' at Chineside after (not included in ticket - free event).
