About this Event
Walking With Mother Nature: A Community Grief Ritual
Come join us for a special event at Mass Audubon's Boston Nature Center and Wildlife Sanctuary where we will gather as a community to honor and process our grief around the mother and healing the mother wound, with the healing power of nature. This ritual is designed to provide a safe space for individuals to connect with the natural world, reflect on loss, and find solace in the beauty of the outdoors.
During this event, we will engage in mindful walking, guided meditation, and group sharing to support one another on our journey through grief and the loss of Mother. Whether you are mourning your physical mother who has transitioned to the ancestor relm or a relationship with your biological or nonbiological mother/mother figure who is still here in the physical, or any other loss, (particularly around The Mother Archtype) this ritual is open to all who seek comfort and connection with nature.
Come walk with us, breathe in the fresh air, and let Mother Nature help you heal. We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with you.
This event is in colaboration with Iris Crystals Death Doula Services and will be co-facilitatated by Marcia Colon and Milly Henry
