About this Event

In 1661, land for burial was donated for use by the residents of Farmington, then known as Tunxis Plantation, where it remained in use until the end of the 19th century. Come learn about the cemetery's history and development along with the stories of some notable residents and the stones themselves. The tour will begin at the entrance of the Old Farmington Cemetery at 3:00pm. Tickets are $15 for non-members and $10 for members. Please bring a comfortable pair of walking shoes, warm clothing, water, and yourself!

Parking is available at the Barney Library (71 Main Street, Farmington, CT). Pre-registration is required for the event.
