ABOUT THIS EVENT
This immersive afternoon offers a deeply nourishing journey through relaxing breathwork, shamanic drumming, and a gentle sound bath, designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and deep rest.
Held in a safe, grounded, and embodied container, this experience invites you to slow down, drop out of the thinking mind, and reconnect with your body and inner rhythm. The shamanic drum supports a light inward journey, while sound healing allows space for integration, restoration, and calm.
This is not about control or “doing it right.”
It is about softening, listening, and allowing.
No prior experience with breathwork or sound healing is required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & CONTRAINDICATIONS
This is a gentle, grounding breathwork practice, not intense or activating breathwork.
However, please note:
• If you are pregnant
• Have a history of seizures or epilepsy
• Have severe cardiovascular conditions
• Are experiencing acute mental health distress or psychosis
Please contact the facilitators prior to booking to ensure this experience is suitable for you.
You are always encouraged to:
• Modify the breath
• Rest at any time
• Opt out of any part of the experience
Your safety and autonomy are prioritised at all times.
WHAT TO BRING
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket (highly recommended)
• Pillow or eye mask (optional)
• Water bottle
• Warm, comfortable clothing
You may wish to bring a journal for reflection afterwards.
