This Halloween weekend, Madison transforms into a full-on zombie takeover. The Walking Dead Halloween Pub Crawl is your pass to a night of eerie excitement, packed venues, and hundreds of partygoers dressed in their most creative and terrifying costumes.

From the first drink to the final last call, you’ll be moving with the undead through Madison's best bars — no cover, no hassle, just pure Halloween nightlife.

1️⃣ Wristband Pickup (7:30 PM – 10:30 PM) Start at our designated check-in bar to collect your wristband. Without it, you’re just a lost wanderer — with it, you’re part of the horde.

2️⃣ The Crawl (8:30 PM – 11:30 PM) Make your way through the participating venues at your own pace. Every stop brings a new vibe, new people, and unique drink specials.

3️⃣ Final Gathering (11:30 PM – 2:00 AM) Meet the full zombie army at the last stop. The lights go low, the beats go hard, and the party doesn’t stop until the city sleeps.

Age Requirement

This is a 21+ event. Every participant must show a valid government-issued photo ID at entry. No exceptions will be made.

Wristbands

Wristbands are mandatory for entry at crawl venues. Bring your Eventbrite ticket or QR code to check-in to collect your wristband. It must be worn at all times during the crawl. If you miss the pickup window listed on the crawl map, entry will not be granted. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.

Tickets & Refunds

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the crawl is canceled with no rescheduled date, refunds (minus service fees) will be processed automatically. Venues, entertainment, and drink specials may be altered or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Venue Rights

Bars and clubs reserve the right to deny admission or remove guests due to intoxication, dress code violations, disruptive behavior, or if the venue reaches capacity. Entry denial does not qualify for a refund.

Capacity & Timing

Venues may fill up quickly. Access is not guaranteed once capacity is reached, and wait times may occur. Attendees arriving late may not be able to enter certain stops. No compensation will be provided for missed entry.

Staff Awareness

If any staff are unfamiliar with crawl details, refer to the crawl map for the venue contact. If the venue is unavailable, continue to another participating stop.

Drink Specials

Drink deals are offered at each venue’s discretion and may be limited or changed without warning.

Event Hours

Your ticket is valid only during crawl hours noted on the map. Entry outside of those times is not guaranteed.

Security

All venues conduct their own ID and security checks. A wristband does not override venue screening policies.

Costume Guidelines

Costumes should be fun but safe. Any outfit that includes weapon-like props or offensive elements may result in denied entry without a refund.

Text Updates

Opt in to crawl text alerts for venue reminders and updates. There will be no live host directing attendees.

Respect Policy

Please respect venue staff, property, and other guests. Aggressive or disorderly behavior will result in removal without reimbursement.

Liability Release

By attending, you agree that participation is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for all potential hazards, including but not limited to: injuries, illness, disability, theft, property damage, intoxication-related incidents, accidents, actions of other attendees, or serious injury or death.

In purchasing a ticket, you waive and release Events Per Se, along with its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, sponsors, and participating venues from any and all liability arising from your participation — whether caused by negligence, gross negligence, breach of duty, or otherwise.

You further agree to defend and indemnify Events Per Se and its partners against any legal claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) brought as a result of your actions.

By participating, you confirm you’ve read this disclaimer, understand the risks, and agree this waiver is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
