For four weeks, gather to explore themes of core shamanism and develop a personal practice of shamanic journeywork; using the heartbeat of the drum to access your unique well of medicine. Each week will build on our discussion of shamanic theory which will be followed by a drum journey to remember the power to heal from within.
Wear warm, comfortable clothing, an eye covering (if you have one) and a journal.
Week 1: Start to develop your map of the spirit world in your drum journey. Learn about creating sacred space for your meditation work and begin to build your personal prayer.
Week 2: Establish a place of healing in the spirit world. Connect with your team of master healers and journey to experience a healing ritual just for you.
Week 3: Dive deeper into the shamanic theory of the Lower World, connect with an Animal archetype that will assist you on your journey towards wholeness.
Week 4: Learn about the Akashic Records and remember that you have the power to access wisdom through your journey work. You will complete your personal prayer for sacred space.
$30 per session or $100 for all 4!
