Frequency: Every Tuesday from 10am - 11am

Location: Bruce Pulman Park – either in the Arena or at outdoor Papakura Netball courts
Target Group: This low-impact, high-fun activity is open to all ages and abilities.
Goal: To promote physical activity, balance, and social connection in a safe and inclusive environment.
Each weekly session offers:
Low-impact walking basketball (no running or jumping)
Gentle exercises to enhance mobility, coordination, and balance
A safe and supportive space for all fitness levels
Social time and refreshments following each session
Program Rates:
$10 casual rate – perfect for individuals wanting to try it out
Please bring your water bottle and the appropriate clothing.
