Open the curtain, hit the lights – it's showtime! In the morning session, Walker's Director of Theater and two advanced senior acting students will guide participants through a series of improvisational exercises, beginning acting techniques, scene-writing, prop-making, and more! Learn to listen and respond instinctively to your scene partners, step out of your comfort zone during energizing theater games, and learn to problem-solve and take risks.
*Camp will culminate in a showcase, either in-person or filmed, depending on COVID restrictions at that time.
Cost: $500 for the week

Monday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Ice-breakers and improvisational theater exercises
Tuesday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Beginning acting techniques
Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Short scene-writing
Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Prop-making and showcase rehearsal
Friday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Showcase rehearsal and performance
