I'll be 50 years old this June. I want to be more physically active, but I don't want to do it alone. So, why not invite everyone to be active together!

Let's build a community to begin a new chapter with healthier bodies!

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring water reusable bottles (to be environmentally aware). Rain date TBA.
