Walk with an arborist - what do the tree experts see? What are arborists looking at when they look at trees? How does an arborist see recommended maintenance or support for trees? Nicky Dunbar, certified arborist and owner of Foster Trees, LLC will lead an exploration to share an arborist's perspective of tree structure and health. She will address some basics of tree biomechanics, what arborists are looking for when they make pruning or tree maintenance decisions, and how that can translate to caring for trees in your own landscape.
