Join us for an unforgettable evening as we embark on a journey of compassion and understanding at the Walk with Amal event. We invite you to be a part of an extraordinary experience where you'll meet "Little Amal" , a remarkable 12-foot puppet, and see our city through the eyes of a refugee girl."Little Amal" is a 10-year-old refugee girl from Syria who will be visiting Toronto from June 7-11. She is represented by a remarkable 12-foot puppet, created with care and love by a team of artists. Little Amal symbolizes the resilience and hope of countless refugee children, offering a unique perspective on their experiences. Join us to meet this extraordinary puppet and see our city through her eyes at the Walk with Amal event on June 10.
On Saturday, June 10, at 6:30 PM, we will gather at The Esplanade to embark on a symbolic journey with Amal. Together, we'll explore the rich history of our diverse community, celebrating the contributions of newcomers who have made this neighborhood their home. Through captivating dance performances, pageantry, and heartfelt stories of belonging, we will accompany Amal as she weaves her way through the enchanting streets of old Toronto.
Let us unite as a community, embrace the audacious hope that Amal embodies, and walk together towards a future of compassion, understanding, and acceptance. Together, we can make a difference. See you on June 10!

انضموا إلينا لنمشي معاً مع " أمل الصغيرة " : دمية بطول 3.5 متر تمثل طفلة لاجئة سورية بعمر 10 سنوات فقدت أمها خلال الحرب و بدأت في رحلة حول العالم للبحث عنها .
. ترمز "أمل الصغيرة" إلى الصمود , الأمل و القوة الاستثنائية التي يظهرها اللاجئون في رحلتهم للتغلب على آلام العنف , الحرب و الفقد .
سيتضمن الحدث مجموعة من العروض الفنية من موسيقى و رقص كنوع من الاحتفاء بزيارة أمل للمدينة و كذلك بغاية تقديم الحب و الدعم لها .
الموعد : يوم السبت , 10 حزيران , الساعة 6:30 مساءاً في منطقة الايسبلاند في داون تاون تورنتو
