Start your weekend off on the right foot and join us for Saturday's Walk with a Doc! Our walk steps off at 9am at Onondaga Lake Park (Meet on the grass in front of parking lot next to the Visitor's Center).All Upstate Walk with a Doc events are free and open to the public. All walkers (children, pets on a leash) can come by and join the morning of the walk! Fruit and water provided.
Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. You’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare provider, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation.
It’s a great way to get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking. Walk your own pace and distance.
