Join us for Walk with a Doc on Saturday, March 1, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Tiffany Park, 3890 Copperfield Drive. Dr. Anu John, a family medicine physician, will share tips on setting SMART goals.
Participants will meet at the Tiffany Park Pavilion, located behind the basketball court. It’s free to participate, but registration is required. All participants must complete a waiver on-site before joining the walk.
In the event of inclement weather, the walk will be held inside the Neal Recreation Center, 600 N. Randolph Avenue.
