Join us for Walk With a Doc on Saturday, October 5th at 9am! Regular physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health. Join Dr. Panda and other healthcare professionals for a walk at the Midland Memorial Hospital Walking Path! This doctor-led walking group is a safe and fun place to take a walk, learn about health, and meet new people. The events are FREE and open to everyone.
We will meet at the main entrance of Midland Memorial Hospital to begin our walk on the walking path. See you there!
