Defiant Direct Primary Care is starting the peninsula’s first “Walk with a Doc”. Hosted by Drs. Christina and Jake Mutch, this free monthly walk will feature a talk on a different health topic each month followed by a group walk down DoG St. This is open to the community at large and you do not have to be a patient with us to come walk! Our goal is provide a safe space to encourage physical activity, whether you’ve been meaning to start regular exercise or want to stay motivated with your goals. All fitness levels welcome. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and continue the discussion while we walk. Come meet others with similar goals and find exercise buddies for other days of the month!
Topics will focus on disease prevention and longevity and how lifestyle changes can be harnessed to reverse and prevent disease.
Reoccurring event for every 4th Saturday of the month. 9:30-10:30. Meet by fountains at the library.
