Walk with a Doc: Belmont Lake State Park

Join the Long Island Health Collaborative for Walk with a Doc, sponsored by AARP Long Island! Dr. Keasha Guerrier of Long Island Jewish Valley Stream Hospital will discuss how the simple act of walking can exponentially improve our mental and physical health before leading attendees on a brief route through beautiful Belmont Lake State Park in Babylon where you can walk and talk with Dr. Guerrier.

Join AARP Long Island, its partner the Long Island Health Collaborative, and local physicians for our 2024 Walk with a Doc series on the third Saturday of May, June, September, and October. Get in some steps, talk with our docs along the way, and learn about the actions you can take now to live a healthier life for good.

Talk with a Doc is a series of FREE community walking events held in May, June, September, and October of 2024. AARP membership not required.
