About this event: Revive Wellbeing: Walk, Soundbath (weather dependent), Cold Waterfall Dip & Relaxation Session.
A soothing and healing soundbath in nature. It will help you relax and unwind as well as connecting with nature to allow the rest of the session to benefit you and your senses.
We will then get you moving and breathing ready to get in the nearby waterfall. This will also help with resetting the nervous system.
We will finish our time together with a warm drink and some relaxation techniques including grounding, a short closing meditation and poem.
This session will promise to be 2 hours of relaxation and time for you to connect with nature.
