We're walking to the Egan Library at the University of Alaska! 🚶♀️➡️
Join us for a fun and easy group walk with a break in the middle to socialize, fuel up with free snacks and water, and browse a selection of books. 📚 It's perfect for all ages!

• Wednesday, June 17
• Meeting Point: Goat Hill Road at 10 a.m.
• The Route: Auke Lake Trail to the Egan Library at UAS
• Distance: Approximately 3 miles round trip
• Difficulty: Mostly easy, gravel and hard packed dirt trail, stroller friendly
This walk is brought to you in partnership with University of Alaska Southeast, Juneau Public Libraries, Friends of the Library, AARP Alaska, and Juneau Parks & Recreation.
⚠️ Note: Auke Lake Trail sustained some damage from landslides and toppled trees over the past year. Although the trees are all cut away, there is a short section with uneven surfacing.
