***Please note the location change this year. We outgrew our location for the Alcester Walk, so we're moving it to Sioux Falls this year.
Whether you are a parent who has lost a child, a family member or friend, all are welcome to attend. The event will begin with a Remembrance Ceremony at 10am, the walking path will be open from 10-12pm and a free-will donation meal will be served from 10:45-12. There will also be an auction/raffle to help raise funds to continue the mission.
This event is a special time to honor our children, grandchildren and siblings gone too soon as well as connect with others on the journey to realize you are not alone.
To honor a child with a memory sign or to order a t-shirt, visit https://www.healinghopes.com/walk-to-remember and be sure to place your orders by May 13th. If we've made a sign for you in the past, it will automatically be included again at no extra charge. When ordering t-shirts, if you add the name of the child you're honoring, that name along with all the others added will be printed on the back of the t-shirts.
