Walk this way class is an instructional leash class for those struggling with unruly behavior, such as pulling, distracted walking, disengaged walking, and excited behavior. This class
Is NOT to address leash reactivity.
Walk this Way class will consist of leash instruction, games, and light environmental agility. I will offer hands on trouble shooting to address the challenging behaviors you might experience.
The goal of Walk this Way class is to help you engage and connect to your dog in a way that makes you both feel safe with one another.
Attendees should bring their dog on the leash set up they are currently using and bring the previous leash set up. If you want to learn to use the Heather‘s Heroes Sidekick leash, please order it.
I will attach a link to the website. if you have a larger dog over 25 pounds please order the regular size and if you have a petite or small dog, please order the mini.
This class is open to all stages of training and ages. Class will run at leash 2 hours long. It is also open new clients.
Meet me at Schuykill River Park near the basketball courts.

The class will cost $75

Please use approved gear.

Head halter collar
Martingale style collar
Slip leash
Or approved harness with a back up system
Please have your dogs properly leashed up before arriving.
Wear comfortable shoes or sneakers.
Bring water for yourself and your dog.
Bring training treats too.
