Join the Triangle Board of Realtists (TRIBOR) for a unique, on-site look at what it takes to bring a real estate development project from concept to completion. We’re stepping outside the classroom and onto the property with developer Tiffany Elder of Paradigm Construction for a behind-the-scenes walkthrough of one of her latest Durham projects. This isn’t just a property tour. It’s an opportunity to learn directly from a local developer about the decisions, challenges, strategy, and creativity involved in building housing in our communities - and to begin imagining what development could look like for you.

During the walkthrough, Tiffany will share insight into:

• Why this design? The strategy behind the layout, aesthetics, and use of the property
• Missing Middle Housing: Creating attainable, community-focused housing options
• Maximizing the lot: Smart planning for efficiency, usability, and impact
• New zoning laws: What’s changing and why it matters for real estate professionals and developers
