Walk the district: Niguarda

The walk through the neighbourhood will be an opportunity to jump off the crowded tourist routes and dive into the hidden beauty of Niguarda and its political, social and cultural history: we will get lost in the mandala of the Ortocomune salad garden, a shared vegetable garden created to build bridges on the topics of food, sustainability, care of the earth and community, in the secret garden of Villa Clerici, a noble family of the Como area who wanted to build their holiday home here, then we will reach the edge of the city, at the gates of the Parco Nord, with a view of the lake. Finally, a final stop to meet the Diapason cooperative, which has made Artis ice cream shop and bistrot its headquarter and a focal point for the neighbourhood (with hot chocolate or drinks!).
