Walk Talk Kernow’ is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice Care. Whilst walking in nature, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others who are also experiencing grief.
Join us for our stroll through Par to the footpaths through Par Sands Holiday Park, along the beach and duck pond returning to the café for refreshments. The walk is approximately 1 mile, mainly flat, starting on pavements and then a well surfaced pathway and sandy beach.
Meeting point outside the café at the tables at 10 am for registration. Ample parking available.
Please ensure you are fit and healthy on the day as you will be asked to sign our registration form to this effect.
** During the summer months it is important to stay hydrated, please bring along adequate drinks for this reason **
Suitable clothes and footwear essential, depending on the weather.
Our teams will be visible with our lanyards/ID on
