🌿Walk + Talk is a gentle monthly gathering for anyone carrying a lot — full schedules, full hearts, and the quiet weight of everyday life.
Rather than one more thing to accomplish, this is an invitation to slow down. Together, we take a relaxed walk, breathe deeply, and make space for meaningful conversation, encouragement, and connection in a supportive, faith-centered community.
There’s no pressure to perform, fix, or have it all together here. Come as you are. Whether you need a moment to clear your mind, process life with others, reconnect with yourself, or simply be reminded that you’re not alone, Walk + Talk offers space to be refreshed and restored.
Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is step outside, walk alongside one another, and remember we were never meant to carry everything alone.🌿
We’ll meet in the parking lot for Radiantly Healthy Faith, and walk to (and around) the Cedar Lake Trail. Total distance approximately 3.5 miles.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
This is a very large building and the studio doesn’t face Oakland Rd. You will access the studio by turning off Oakland Rd and into G Ave NE, or via H Ave NE and turning into 14th St. The door to access the studio is where G Ave & 14th St meet, next to the sign that says “East Dock.” The parking lot is located on 14th St.
