The first of Walk, Talk, Do, Care.'s quarterly break out sessions tailored to those with caring responsibilities to take a creative breath.
About this Event

Walk, Talk, Do, Care. offers a safe, friendly space to improve your mental and physical wellbeing through nature, creativity and community.

Each quarter Matipo Arts, in collaboration with local creative Miranda Jennings, lead a responsive break out session tailored to participants with caring responsibilites. And October will be our very first one! Come and use the space to connect with likeminded people, share knowledge and take a breath, while getting creative in the room.

Sessions are free and take place every three months in the idyllic setting of Parndon Mill, Hub of Creativity.
