Meet us downtown for a day of low-impact fitness while we walk the Martin Goodman Trail along the scenic waterfront and make our way to support the WhatAJerk food truck!
Not just a work out that you can build into a personal routine, but an opportunity to meet new people in no-pressure and natural social interactions. Come make some new friends, local connections or invite an old friend for an opportunity to reconnect.
After a serene walk and cool conversations, we'll end the evening at the WhatAJerk food truck to support a local business and get some delicious foods!
