Walk ’n Talk by Flores de Juanita, a woman-owned, Latina-owned CBD company, creates a safe and welcoming space for women to share the real experiences of menopause, support one another, and feel understood.
We start with a walk, enjoy meaningful conversation, and finish with coffee to top off the morning. It is about movement, connection, and community.
Open to all women in the area who are experiencing peri-menopause or menopause and are open to trying alternative remedies to help ease the discomforts while connecting with others on the same journey.
