Looking for a friendly, supportive way to get active and connect with others? Join Incurably Wonderful’s Walk 'N Talk in the Park—a weekly event designed for adults living with chronic conditions, disabilities, or anyone who wants a welcoming, accessible walking group.
🗓️ When? Every Friday at 11:00 am (rain or shine!)
📍 Where? Sefton Park, Liverpool (meet at the Incurably Wonderful meeting point designated on booking)
What to Expect:
• Gentle, Accessible Exercise: Walk at your own pace—mobility aids and walking poles welcome! Our routes are accessible, and our team is here to support you.
• Warm Community: Meet new friends, share stories, and enjoy uplifting conversation in a relaxed, stigma-free environment.
• Nature and Wellbeing: Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sefton Park—fresh air, nature, and a boost for your mood!
• No Pressure, Just Participation: Walk as much or as little as you like. Bring a friend, a carer, or come solo and make new connections. NB: If you wish to bring another adult, please ensure they register too 😊
• Support and Safety: Our volunteers and peer leaders, many of whom have lived experience with chronic conditions, are there to help.
