We’re kicking off 2026 with our first Walk n Talk for Friendship & Connection, and I’d love to invite the beautiful women of our community to join us.
This isn’t about fitness goals or doing anything intense, it’s about slowing down, getting out of your head, and doing something just for you.
We’ll walk, chat, laugh, grab a coffee to go, and enjoy some gentle movement along the river while connecting with other amazing women.
Think fresh air, good conversations, easy movement, and that “I really needed this” feeling.
Come as you are. Whether you’re feeling social or a little quiet, you’ll be welcomed just the same 💛
