Walk into Wellness: Heart of the City

Welcome to the Walk into Wellness: Heart of the City event! Join us on Fri, Feb 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM for a fun and energizing walk through the heart of our city. We will meet at 123 Caroline St, Rockingham then explore together the down town area. Get ready to lace up your sneakers and hit the pavement with fellow wellness enthusiasts. This walking program is a great way to get some exercise, enjoy the fresh air, and explore the city in a new way. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, all are welcome to join. So grab a friend, put on your walking shoes, and walk into wellness with us!

Because these are monthly walks, there are no rain dates. If the weather is bad, stay safe and we will see you next month.
