Walk in the Woods @Griffith Park

This musical walking experience has three parts:

1. Meet at the Fern Dell entrance for introductions and instructions

2. A one-hour guided walk with a pre-recorded soundtrack at your own pace, with time to stop and look at whatever catches your attention

3. Debrief at The Trails cafe (refreshments available but not included in the price of the walk)

Fern Dell does travel uphill, but this is less of a hike and more of a stroll. Think "therapeutic retreat" more than "exercise"

Bring a water bottle, listening device (probably your phone) and headphones or earbuds. When you register, you will receive access to the audio file for this experience.
