These immersive walks offer a sensory experience, allowing you to feel and appreciate the essence of Knox's artistry. Along the way, you’ll gain unique insights into his life and legacy, with plenty of time to pause, take in breathtaking views, and connect deeply with the surroundings much as he did.
This walk starts on a single-track road through unspoiled countryside, to an ancient church, through a nature reserve to the coastal footpath and from Clay Head magnificent views of the Manx hills, Laxey and Garwick. St Adamnan’s has some outstanding examples of Celtic/Viking crosses and the church itself is a gem, a fine example of a country church.
