Southwest Health is hosting a Walk-In Mammography Clinic! Dates & Times:
Wednesday, April 1 | 8 AM – 3 PM
Wednesday, May 6 | 8 AM – 3 PM
Wednesday, June 3 | 8 AM – 3 PM
Wednesday, July 1 | 8 AM – 3 PM
Location:
Radiology Department, Southwest Health, 1st Entrance (1400 Eastside Road, Platteville, WI 53818)
All participants must:
- Be age 40 or older
- Have not had a mammogram in the past 12 months (for health insurance compliance)
- Have not had breast cancer in the past 3 years
- Do not have current breast concerns
What to bring:
- Your health insurance card
- Location of your last mammogram
- Your Primary Care Provider’s name
Upon arrival, check in at the Walk-In Mammo desk and complete a brief registration form.
