In Support of the Alberta Centre for Peace and MeditationHosted by Gaden Samten Ling Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Society
Join us for a heartwarming day of community connection, peaceful intention, and joyful gathering at our Walk for Peace!
🗓️ Date & Time: Sunday, August 17th | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Location: Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park, Edmonton, AB – Site 7 (look for the prayer flags)
🎟️ Admission: Free | Lunch: $5
This special event includes:– A community-led Meditative Peace Walk guided by Kushok Lobsang Dhamchöe– A mindfulness and meditation class in the park taught by Kushok Lobsang Dhamchöe– Family-friendly games, kid's activities, and lively entertainment – A delicious community lunch– An invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with others in a spirit of peace and compassion
