If you have been bereaved and would like to meet others who have experienced loss then join us for an hours gentle walk at Dinton Pastures Country Park.
Living with grief can be very isolating and you're not alone. There's no pressure to talk, just the option of a walk in nature with others who are on their own personal journey of grief.
It's very informal, we meet in the main car park and one of us will be standing by the entrance to the coffee house with a poster so that you know who we are. We'd love to see you there!
