Walk & Learn: Self-Hypnosis for Stress & Anxiety Relief is a weekly outdoor experience at the beautiful Green Lake Park where you'll discover the power of self-hypnosis, one of the most effective, natural tools for managing stress and anxiety while enjoying fresh air, movement, and community.
No prior experience needed. Just show up ready to walk, breathe, and feel better.

About Your Host
Herrieta Obriko is a clinical hypnotherapist and rapid transformational therapist. For nearly a decade, she has helped individuals identify and overcome the underlying causes of stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. Her work combines principles from psychology, neuroscience, meditation, and hypnosis to create practical and lasting change.
