We are excited to bring our community an opportunity to move, walk, and chat with friends at our lovely Riverwalk located on the water! This is a free event intended to bring people together through walking as our movement. Feel free to bring your friends and family to this walking event - kids are more than welcome to join us! This will give you all a chance to meet our Certified Personal Trainer (Alexandra) and it will be a nice way to make connections with other movement friends in our community. We hope that you will join us for our very first movement event! Our walking distance will depend on what everyone feels up to doing on this lovely Saturday morning. All walking and moving abilities are welcome!
