🌿 Walk, connect, and unwind by the sea 🌊Join us on Sunday 31st August for a day of mindful movement and deep restoration. We’ll walk the historic Crab and Winkle Way — a gentle 7.5-mile trail from Canterbury to Whitstable — taking in woodland, countryside, and coastal views as we go.
We’ll finish with private access to Sea Scrub Sauna, a stunning wood-fired sauna with sea views, and cold tub immersion to soothe tired legs and rejuvenate body and mind. A powerful reset in nature, with community, movement, and breath at its heart.
