October 9th is National Walk to School Day! We encourage everyone to leave their cars at home and walk, bike, or take public transit to school this day. Walking or biking are great ways to get exercise and stay healthy, and leaving your car at home reduces how much pollution and greenhouse gases are going into our environment.As you walk or bike, you will likely pass by some of your biggest supporters - trees. Complete our tree activity book on your way to win a prize!
Step 1: Download and print out a copy of the Trees Atlanta Walk to School Day Activity and grab a crayon and pencil.

Step 2: Leave your car at home and walk or bike to or from school! Fill out the Walk to School Day Activity on your way. You can fill it out any day between October 7th and October 11th.
Step 3: Turn in your completed Walk to School Day with Trees Atlanta Activity! You can submit it in-person or virtually.
