Lucila Matos

A domestic violence victim herself, Luclia A.Matos has experienced challenges of domestic violence Lucial has worked intensively 15 years on “No More Domestic Violence”...Rochester, New York for Christ. This walk entails representation from Lucila and many others within the community that have volunteered to bring awareness against the silence of Domestic Violence. Lucila works tirelessly to achieve a positive result for victims and those whom are silent in the community for change.

Lucila has also written a book “My Life Guarded for Christ”. This is a life testimony shared through her living experience of Domestic violence , her experience has also led her to Christ in which she lives her life fully for. With the guidance of her Lord and Savior, Lucila and her husband Eddie Matos has been able to achieve a successful walk every year and continues to push forward for no more silence.

Lucia believes strongly through her faith the assignment God has placed in her path to end domestic Violence in the City of Rochester.
