As we gather at Lake Elkhorn every Saturday at 8 am, our journey begins with a group huddle led by these trained professionals. Throughout our 2 mile walk, we'll explore mindfulness practices, various types of grief, financial trauma perspectives, and the essence of identity beyond assigned roles and accolades.

Along the way, therapeutic pit stops will offer moments of reflection, allowing us to evaluate our perspectives and uncover constraints hindering our full potential. At each pit stop, our clinicians will guide discussions, helping us delve deeper into self-awareness and personal growth. These sessions are designed to empower participants to break free from limitations and embrace abundance. After our invigorating walk, we'll reconvene to process our insights and biggest takeaways.
