Looking for a welcoming place to join in fellowship, friends, and fun? Look no further! The youth at Wakonda CC are hosting this Wakonda Bingo Night.
Where: Wakonda Christan Church upstairs in the Thompason Room
Who: anyone, any age, any background, ALL are welcome
When: February 8th from 6:30-7:30 PM
Food and Drinks: popcorn and water provided (free will donations accepted)
Why: We're all about Fellowship, Friends, Fun, and Faith! This event brings our community together, and supports intergenerational activities that bring all ages together. Plus, who doesn't love BINGO and some fun prizes?! DOUBLE PLUS we are collecting monetary and food donations for DMARC, so we can help our neighbors in need!
Prizes: We will have little prizes for our winners on Wakonda Bingo Night. There will be free will donations accepted to help pay for the cost of prizes/refreshments. Any additional money raised will go to DMARC to help feed our community.
Souper Bowl of Caring Donations: Bring your Souper Bowl of Caring Donations for DMARC to Wakonda's Bingo Night. Join Wakonda's youth in tackling hunger in the Des Moines area by placing your food donation for DMARC in the team's basket you want to win the Super Bowl. All donations go to DMARC.
Most Needed Items for Souper Bowl of Caring:
- peanut butter- crunch or creamy
- whole grain cereals (similar to cheerios, shredded wheats, special k, and bran flakes)
- canned pineapple
