Welcome to the Wakefield-Sound Bath, Wellbeing Gathering at Rainbow Playrooms! Join us for a relaxing, child free, experience filled with soothing sounds and positive vibes. Immerse yourself in a sound bath to relax your mind, body and soul. Come and experience a unique event that focuses on your wellbeing. Your ticket includes:

• Guided meditation
• Sound Bath
• Sharing Circle (optional)
• Cup of Matcha or Cacao
• Mini workshop-Samhain Themed
• Time to socialise & pull yourself oracle cards for guidance
• There will also be cake and snacks available to purchase, as well as a range of crystals, candles, incense and crystal jewellery.

What to bring/ wear:

Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)

Water

Comfortable, warm clothes

Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional)

Journal (optional)
