Meet us at the Roaming Roast for our second monthly gathering!
We hold space for young mindfulness practitioners (18-45 ish) to join together in community to grow and strengthen our mindfulness practice. We hope you can join!
Tentative schedule:
4 pm - 4:30 pm: Arrive and time for socializing/coffee and tea
4:30 pm - 4:45 pm: Introductions and information for new members
4:45 pm - 5:10 pm: Sitting meditation
5:10 pm - 5:30 pm: Walking meditation
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Plum Village Dharma talk
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Dharma sharing and closing
