Energetic nine piece festival favourites, Town of Cats bring their love of afrobeat, latin grooves, big dirty riffs, trashy 80’s pop, half remembered musicals and entirely hallucinated toilet poetry
to the stage.
Humorous, dark and introspective tales delivered with a blasting brass section and electrifying synth solos, Town of Cats deliver a whirlwind performance that’s infectiously fun, gets audiences to their feet and keeps them dancing.
With headline sets at Glastonbury’s Croissant Neuf, Shambala and Boomtown under their belt, they've cemented their reputation as one of the safest pair of (between eighteen to twenty) hands on the circuit.

Seven-piece brass band mashing up everyone’s favourite guilty-pleasure sing-along pop songs - all whilst dressed as characters from Jurassic Park. Expect the best of 90s garage, 00s RnB, and all the tunes your drunk mate puts on to keep the party going at 4am. Non-stop choruses - all killer, no filler. I mean c’mon; where else are you gonna find Britney Spears mashed up with Fall Out Boy, smashing hard into an S Club 7 banger… with a cheeky sprinkle of Sean Paul - volume knob turned to 11.

Buffo’s Wake are a 20 legged monstrosity, hatched in the murky backwater of Brighton, UK. Armed with an extravagant brass section, accordions, clarinets, violins and buckets full of bravado they waltz, tango, mosh and pogo their way through a vast array of influences from Eastern European folk tunes, Balkan brass bands and Slavic murder ballads, to punk rock and dark cabaret; telling tales of debauchery, disturbed nightmares and even more disturbing realities, with an unexpected nous for untold stories and unusually considered lyrics – when you can understand them, anyway.
Warning: may cause uncontrollable limb flailing, jumping and occasional mosh-induced dizziness.
