During the session, you will engage in a variety of activities inspired by deep worldly retreats that will guide you towards a more fulfilled and genuine life.
These practices include :

-non-verbal releasing of unprocessed emotions.
-A fun emotional roller coaster ride for detoxification.
-dancing
-breath work
-sensual body exploration
-a guided meditation for relaxation/ awareness and for deep healing according what is needed at the time.
