Dress Code:

Think 90s fine! 90s-inspired elevated looks, refined pieces that capture the decade's essence while maintaining sophistication. Think tailored silhouettes and chic accessories that emphasize elegance. Aim for a balance between nostalgic styles and modern flair to create a polished yet fashion-forward appearance. Arrival:

Doors will open promptly at 6:00 PM, allowing guests to enjoy photo opportunities, network, and mingle. Dinner will begin at 6:30 PM. Early arrivals are welcome to relax in our lobby area until the doors open. If you're running late, don't worry— we'll ensure you are caught up on everything!

Service Style:

Each course is served sequentially, accompanied by a beverage. Your ticket includes 5 courses, 4 cocktails, and 1 glass of sparkling wine featuring Viarae Prosecco.

While our offerings are not based on specific food or beverage items from the film, they reflect the characters' personalities and the emotions conveyed in various scenes. Guests can look forward to creative flair in our beverages, featuring infused and distilled unique ingredients.

Our dinner menu showcases a refined approach to Southern cuisine, blending elegance with comfort. The offerings reflect sophistication and creativity throughout, offering a harmonious progression from vibrant starters to rich mains, concluding with a sweet finish that evokes warmth and nostalgia.

Course I

Champagne Citrus Salad: orange, fennel, candied pecans, blackberry champagne vinaigrette

Course II

Smoked Tomato Bisque: garden tomatoes, basil, grilled cheese crouton

Course III

Golden-Seared Scallops: ginger-carrot puree, crispy prosciutto

Course IV

Peppercorn Cognac Lamb Chops: pink peppercorn cream, cognac, crispy shallots, spinach gratin

Lemon Pound Cake & Lemon Posset: floral cake, lemon cream, edible flowers

The Ick: yellowpepper and peach shrub, Mezcal, horseradish distillate

A Woman Scorned: barrel-aged cachaca, chile syrup, orange liqueur, Italian aperitif, lemon, caramel flame rim

Soulaan Connection: French connection twist featuring housemade pecan liqueur, garnished with Heritage flag tuile + pecan wreath

To Gloria: pear-infused gin, pear-vanilla syrup, prosecco, topped with aquafaba, sauvignon blanc pear-vanilla foam, garnished with a candied pear
