Throughout the evening, guests will engage in candid discussions with OBGYN and mental health professionals, explore restorative wellness practices such as meditation and gentle movement, and participate in creative and playful activations designed to cultivate joy and connection. The night also includes a hands-on service element, where participants will help assemble care and wellness bags benefiting Helping Mamas, creating space for collective giving and meaningful community impact.
