This in-person event is designed to build and expand awareness of personal safety, self-confidence and strength, understand the psychology of self-defense, and practice life-saving techniques. You'll have the opportunity to learn self-defense techniques from a Georgia P.O.S.T Certified Law Enforcement Instructor and Defensive Tactics Specialist with a 6th Degree Black Belt, designed to keep you safe and protected.
