As part of the continuous programs that we like to offer, we have established a STEM Club for all primary school age children in Year 1 - Year 6 for children who are Deaf or HoH. Siblings are always welcome to come along to these events. There is no charge to attend these events.
We will be doing FUN Stem activities such as paper plane flying, building towers out of many household items, playing with the Robots, all these activities will be hands on, no activity will be the same. We will learn about measurements, communication, drawing, graphs & many more.
Note for Parents - this is an social opportunity for your to connect with other parents - Peer to Peer support is always important. Grab a cuppa and have a chat while your child is busy doing STEM activities. Afternoon tea is provided for your child, but just indicate on the booking form if you child has any allergies. We will provide fruit & mini muffins. Parents / carer / guardians will be required to stay until the session is finished
